Welcome to the most creative and progressive dog and cat welfare organization in America today.
“Can that really be” you ask?
Of course it can, and let me give you just one of the many reasons for that statement. You see most social welfare and or charities have been around forever. These groups exist because there is a problem in society they have decided to tackle. Some like the Red Cross must go on forever because their will sadly, always be natural disasters, others not so much.
Who are we talking about? Well the environmental groups in the fifties that saw the decline of the Bald Eagle and other wildlife and lobbied congress to create the Endangered Species act and bring the Eagle, the Wolf and others back from extinction.
These are the types of charities P.A.L. wants to emulate, in fact we want to go them one better. P.A.L. wants to be so successful that by the year 2029 we close our doors forever.
We want to work ourselves out of business!
No more “throw away” dogs and cats cringing terrified at a dog pound awaiting execution!
No more spoiled rich men or high school dropout gangbangers expressing their Testosterone with the blood and suffering of dogs in a pit fighting to live a life where they go back to the solitude of their 3 foot chain to heal their wounds until the next fight!
And PLEASE! No more Animal Gestapo types trying to pass laws that tell sensible Americans what kind of pets they can or can-NOT own!
How will we do this?
With a three-tiered program designed to SOLVE problems, not just put a band-aid on them. After research on three continents we have determined the most practical and effective steps that can be taken to stop the pet overpopulation problem.
With your help we will move forward educating the public and legislators as to how they can solve this problem forever.
